With fun techniques to get the feeling of “here and now”.
We have an inner judge or critic that is constantly defining what is right or wrong, and judging us from standards which were established by our parents, our religion and our society. The Judge is suppressive and inexhaustibly active in the harsh and often negative way it treats us! Unless we can learn to recognize and understand this judge and learn how to deal with it, we will be unable to find self-acceptance, or to mature and discover the peace and nurturing within that is our birthright.
This event will give you the tools for recognizing, understanding and dealing with the inner judge.
14.00-17.00 Reliving Past Life as a Tool to Be in the Present – with Anurag
The workshop on “Past Life” allows a re-orientation of our inner world. We use hypnosis to connect with experiences that happened in some of your past lives and that influence your present life. When we become aware that our personal dramas are not only the outcome of this life but the sum of all our past lives experiences, we initiate a healing process in which we are confronted with the continuous change of life.

An understanding of how our mind, body and emotions work together. Each person's transformation is a unique journey experienced through the opening, exploration and healing of the body mind. Once we have completed the energy analysis, we will use different techniques and exercises to bring awareness to difficulties and to help the healing process.
